The Bethlehem Diner is a classic diner serving old-school favorites.
It was my grandparents' favorite!
It's a typical Greek-run highway diner in NJ/PA/NY.
Food is all solid. -

I am generally a positive outlook type of person- I go in hoping for the best experience, so here is my honest review:
Positives:
1. Great location (right close to LVIA airport)
2. Many cars when I went so well attended
3. Fast service- their claim to food out in 10 min is true.
4. Waitresses do amazing service and are nice but it's a bit stressful to watch them as they race around but with the diners location and traffic it's needed.
Negatives:
1. I ordered breakfast and was hoping for hollandaise. The waitress literally told me their hollandaise was chicken gravy and many other diners use this but don't tell you. Huh?
2. Coffee- watered down and yucky- I am not a gotta have a coffee every day kind of person and I noticed
3. Hashbrown potatoes were ok but I little mushy.
Conclusion:
Personally I do not plan to come back again unless I am in the area and need cheap quick food. -

They charged me $30 dollars for a bagel sandwich and eggs and ham! Wtf -

Bethlehem diner is your average diner. It has a large menu featuring pretty much every type of meal you could want. Breakfast is offered all day. The diner is right around the corner from the Allentown-Bethlehem Airport. Our server was knowledgeable and quick. Very good at her job. I ordered their chicken finger and fries special which comes with the salad bar. Many items on their menu include the salad bar which is a great perk. I thought the salad bar was quite good. The chicken fingers tasted like they were frozen and re heated. No taste at all.

Terrible service and food is so so. Waited half hour to be served simple order of eggs and home fries. Others that walked in after us were served before us. Should also be ashamed of serving on plates with chipped edges. Never will go back there.
